Prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes, fees, and other charges disclosed during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, menu, or product information errors.

Payment may be required when an online order is submitted. Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors and are also subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.

3. PICKUP ORDERS

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct pickup date and time when those options are available.

Estimated preparation and pickup times are not guaranteed. Restaurant volume, order size, equipment issues, ingredient availability, and other circumstances may affect preparation times.

Please pick up your order within a reasonable period after it is ready. The Hungry Grizzly is not responsible for changes in food quality resulting from significantly delayed pickup.

4. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Because food may begin being prepared shortly after an order is received, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after submission.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact The Hungry Grizzly as soon as possible.

Refunds, replacements, credits, or other resolutions may be provided when appropriate based on the circumstances of the order.

5. MENU INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to keep menu descriptions, photographs, pricing, and availability accurate.

Menu photographs are for illustrative purposes, and actual presentation may vary.

Ingredients, recipes, prices, and menu items may be changed, substituted, limited, or unavailable without notice.

6. FOOD ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Our restaurant prepares multiple foods and ingredients in shared preparation, storage, and cooking areas.

Although we take food safety seriously, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact with ingredients such as milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, sesame, or other allergens.

Customers with food allergies or specific dietary requirements should inform our staff before ordering and should not rely solely on website descriptions when making allergy-related decisions.

7. GRIZZLY CLUB

Customers may voluntarily join the Grizzly Club to receive Hungry Grizzly news, restaurant updates, opening announcements, menu updates, special offers, promotions, events, online ordering announcements, and other communications.

Joining the Grizzly Club does not require a purchase.

Promotions and offers may have additional restrictions, expiration dates, availability limitations, or other terms provided with the applicable offer.
